All Kansas infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) are entitled to a free developmental evaluation to determine if they are eligible for early intervention services. Children who qualify can receive no-cost, in-home, early intervention services for developmental delays or disabilities.

Who we are.
Our mission is to support Kansas families with infants or toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities so every child can learn, grow, and achieve their fullest potential.
​We operate under the national Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA – Part C) to provide screening, evaluation, and early intervention services at no cost to Kansas children (birth to age 3) who experience developmental delays or disabilities.

During the first three years of life, children’s brains undergo remarkable development, setting the stage for their future growth and potential. A child with a delay is not developing like other children of a similar age.
